Visit our website derse.com to learn more!As the Marketing Graphics Designer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and evolving the conceptual and stylistic direction for the Derse brand, ensuring other staff members involved in project developments follow that direction. Marketing Graphics Designer Responsibilities Manage and update web and email design using content management system and marketing automation platform Maintain, communicate, and update Derse brand standards to internal stakeholders Lead and execute annual updates to Derse brand assets Design graphic and photographic deliverables for Derse website, white papers, case studies, and social media platforms Participate in brainstorming and planning meetings for content calendar Provide recommendations on potential new concepts, tools, and resources to support new business development efforts Format RFP responses using both InDesign and PowerPoint for content consistency and clarity Design and produce internal marketing communication materials as requested Plan and execute design for sales tools and materials Create motion graphics and edit video footage and audio for video content Support in the brainstorming of video concepts and develop storyboards for approval across various digital platforms Implement inline HTML and web best practices Shoot or source photography/video of Derse locations and employees, as well as retouch photography Brainstorm, design, and execute layouts and production of trade show marketing materials Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry practices Work within PC-based and Mac-based computers and all related software programs including Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, Power Point, and VISIO Utilize Adobe Creative Suite proficiently. Specifically, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to develop materials. Requirements: Marketing Graphics Designer Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field and / or 4+ years of relevant experience required. Proven videography and photography editing experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to project manage packaging and production. Job Type: Full-time
