Job Purpose
The Marketing Fulfillment Technician coordinates activities related to stocking, replenishing, and preparing marketing material shipments as needed by the Wana Marketing and Sales departments. This position maintains and oversees accurate inventory levels of all marketing materials while performing inventory cycle counts, reconciliation, and inventory item management in SAP. The Marketing Fulfillment Technician is responsible for fulfilling all marketing material inbound and outbound requests in a timely manner while maintaining accurate and detailed records in SAP. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Monitor use and inventory levels of all marketing materials. Maintain an orderly warehouse with identified min and max levels of all warehoused items and notify marketing of any material levels below min thresholds. Create and fulfill sales orders of marketing materials for customers while observing FIFO or other inventory control methods as requested.  Promotes continuous improvement initiatives in the warehouse department following lean manufacturing, and 5S methodologies. Work closely with the Marketing team to prepare and dispatch purchase orders. Confer with vendor contacts to obtain favorable and timely deliveries. Update computer inventory systems with timely and valid information when necessary. Check all invoice discrepancies involving vendors in your area of responsibility. Correct and approve and return to accounting in a timely manner. Receive orders and check for accuracy and quality. Arrange and support all outgoing marketing material shipments with UPS, LTL, or other freight carriers while bidding routes for best pricing. Clearly communicates inventory status levels with the Marketing team and promptly notifies the Marketing team of and inventory or fulfillment related issues. Maintains SAP inventory status as accurate and current at all times. Perform periodic cycle counts of inventory items and provide support in the event of inventory reconciliation. Supports finished goods fulfillment department as requested.  Assists Warehouse Technician as requested while working collaboratively with Warehouse Technician on shared resources and GMP/housekeeping requirements.  Supervisory Responsibility

Prior warehouse experience from receiving to fulfillment. Experience with pick and pack fulfillment operations. Advanced Microsoft office suite experience. Open to becoming trained on various activities, machines, and systems. Detailed oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and sanitation. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Position involves sitting and standing for periods of time. Forklift certified. Problem Solving/Analysis. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. ServSafe Food Handler Certificate and/or Green Flower Certificate, or ability to receive qualifications within 30 days of hiring. Work Authorization/Security Clearance
This position requires a valid state-issued license to work in the cannabis industry (e.g., MED Badge). This job operates in a warehouse environment and production line/kitchen environment where proper safety procedures must be followed. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. This position may use standard warehouse equipment, such as industrial powered fork trucks, mechanical dock plates, pallet wrapping equipment, pallet racks and others.  Physical Demands
