LaSalle Network is partnering with a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential services and support to families and youth in the Chicago community. Our client is looking for an excellent Marketing Outreach Coordinator to join their team! You will play a pivotal role in the collaboration with internal teams to understand and represent the organization's mission, vision and program offerings!
This is a hybrid position in the north suburbs of Chicago, with required availability on Saturdays 3 times per month. In order to qualify for this role, you must be bilingual in Spanish. Marketing Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities: Create and conduct presentations on the program highlighting its services, benefits and the ease of qualification and participation to current and prospective clients Establish and nurture relationships with community organizations, schools and other stakeholders to expand outreach and collaboration opportunities Create engaging content for promotional materials, social media and presentations to raise awareness via Canva Plan and execute community events, resource fairs and other outreach initiatives Marketing Outreach Coordinator Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field Experience in content creation, event marketing or community engagement within a non-profit and/or similar industry Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail Experience in planning and executing marketing events Creative-thinking and experience creating content such as graphics or copy for promotional materials Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual in Spanish Available to work Saturdays 3 times per month
