As the Marketing Coordinator at our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our fundraising efforts forward. Through creative content creation and strategic outreach, you'll help us expand our reach, engage donors, and support our mission of providing a safe and nurturing environment for vulnerable youth.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Development & Communications Manager to coordinate fundraising events and campaigns.
Craft compelling content for social media platforms, leveraging photography, videography, and storytelling to drive donations.
Engage with our community both online and offline, attending events and capturing impactful moments.
Maintain a database of marketing materials and adhere to privacy policies concerning our young beneficiaries.
Stay updated on marketing trends and techniques to enhance our outreach efforts.
Design marketing materials for electronic mediums and assist in the production of our podcast.
Assist in planning and executing fundraising events.
Required Qualifications
Certificate or Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in creating high-quality marketing content.
Proficiency in computer literacy and various software tools including Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, MailChimp, WordPress, etc.
Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, with a strengths-based approach to working with youth.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Ability to pass background checks and possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
