Role Overview:
As the Marketing Coordinator for Brand Transition and Integration, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing acquisition transition managers and cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include understanding brand transition objectives, liaising with marketing vendors, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring the smooth flow of workflow deliverables for the marketing transition team. Your ultimate goal? To coordinate and report on the success of initiatives, aligning with business brand transition objectives and fostering effective communication within the cross-functional brand transition/integration team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and report on communication campaigns, including email, direct mail, and local advertising.
Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with goals and coordinated content and communications schedules.
Generate customer lists for transition communications, validate them with cross-functional teams, and ensure accuracy.
Utilize call reporting dashboards to provide monthly reports for Marketing Analysts, updating ROI data studio reports.
Coordinate and analyze local lead generation activities, collaborating closely with the brand transition team.
Review monthly vendor spend against invoices.
Coordinate customer-facing branch transition branding initiatives, such as uniforms and truck wraps.
Assist in researching and vetting new marketing vendors, and facilitate their onboarding process.
Be adaptable to assume various roles within a small team, always maintaining a focus on partnership and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, with a focus on Marketing or Communications.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Marketing.
Strongly desired: Experience or knowledge of decentralized, route-based service industries, including National and Regional Marketing experience.
Proficiency in a wide range of marketing techniques, especially brand management and marketing communications.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Demonstrated composure and self-confidence in challenging situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
