As a Marketing Coordinator you will assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, and directly interact with internal field teams, external marketing teams, and vendors. The marketing coordinator will primarily support B2B marketing initiatives through digital marketing (paid search, email, and print advertising). Serve as the main liaison between field employees (Sales, Admin, Technicians) and the marketing team. Manage inbound requests, set expectations, and help the marketing team stay on track with tasks and deadlines. Work closely with external SEM agency to analyze paid search results and adjust to improve results and optimize budget. Coordinate SEM efforts that support and enhance SEO.  Assist in creating and managing marketing plans for balance/vestibular and occupational health customer segments. Gather media guides and make recommendations for advertising options to improve brand recognition and opportunities to reach new/emerging customer segments. Maintain ad campaign calendar and ensure advertising deadlines are met. Coordinate paid advertising calendar, ad placement, budget, and procurement. Project manage departmental tasks to achieve accurate deliverables and meet deadlines. Responsible for supporting national and local exhibiting events and tasks including booth procurement, distribution of resources, and advertising.  Manage promotional inventory, apparel, and print media, including vendor management.  Setup reporting, monitor notifications, and distribute leads for Federal and Local government bid opportunities utilizing GovSpend. Create and distribute quarterly "missed opportunities" report for sales team. Learn and manage Qualtrics survey software to create and deploy surveys as needed. Manage internal user support including metrics and dashboards. Monitor GMB pages and Qualtrics for written customer testimonials. Coordinate with Content Marketing manager to secure additional video/written testimonials and share via social media or other marketing resources. Assist in editing and proofing creative and content including videos, printed collateral, websites, blogs, and internal communications. Learn the basic product features and benefits of audiology, balance, and occupational health equipment and the services we provide to customers.  All other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and follow up.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.  Commitment to deadlines, processes, and policies.  Eagerness to learn, team player, can-do attitude, trustworthy, innovative.  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 3+ years relevant marketing experience. Graphic design experience is a plus.  Experience with Salesforce CRM also a plus.  Travel: Ability to travel domestically 1-3 times per year.  Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
