Role Overview:
The Senior Marketing Associate will be instrumental in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively convey the value of our products and services to our customers. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, developing compelling messaging, and supporting our sales efforts to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
Set clear deadlines, delegate tasks, and monitor project progress.
Deliver engaging presentations to internal and external stakeholders, articulating program details and performance metrics effectively.
Campaign Design and Program Execution:
Lead end-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns, including strategy development, execution, and analysis.
Support National Accounts and RFP Team in preparing responses for business proposals, contributing to the development of supporting materials and presentations.
Spearhead the development of innovative marketing strategies tailored to National Accounts SID teams, encompassing email campaigns, account-based marketing, and GPO growth strategies.
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop key assets and campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
Oversee the creation of sales and marketing content/collateral, such as sell sheets, product messaging documents, and email campaigns, ensuring quality and stakeholder alignment.
Performance Management:
Provide comprehensive metrics on marketing program performance, aligning with sales and company objectives.
Drive market and revenue growth within the Independent healthcare market.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, collaborating with Sales leaders to optimize performance and remove barriers to revenue generation.
Sales Enablement:
Develop and deliver content, processes, and tools to support Sales throughout the pre-sales process and buyer's journey.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance sales capabilities and improve conversion rates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in product management or marketing, preferably in a B2B services environment.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and lead integrated projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate across various levels of the organization.
Proven track record of executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
Experience with Salesforce and email automation platforms, preferably Pardot.
