Job Description:
Snowflake is seeking a part-time Marketing Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and events- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and messaging- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the success of marketing efforts- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing strategies
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role- Hardworking and resourceful with excellent organizational skills- Strong strategic planning abilities and emotional intelligence- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
