Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

Monsanto, a leading agricultural biotechnology company, is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in marketing or a related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Monsanto products- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements- Manage social media accounts and provide support for marketing campaigns- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
