We are seeking an entry level marketing associate to assist with social media platforms, general website updates and date entry. This position offers room to grow your marketing skills and become part of a dynamic and energetic team! POSITION – Marketing Assistant
JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift
STARTING PAY – $18-20 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 1 year of experience is preferred
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the marketing director on implementation processes
2. Assist in creating content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the business.
4. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
5. Assist in coordinating marketing events and promotional activities.
6. Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
7.Assist the customer service team with data entry functions and answering phones as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
-Willingness to cross-train in other departments
