Job summary
The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for promoting University Housing & Dining Services at Oregon State University.They develop and implement marketing plans for various programs and collaborate with different units throughout UHDS.This position requires a strong commitment to diversity and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
• Create and track targeted marketing plans for university-wide programs.• Collaborate with dining services to develop content and messaging for outreach events.• Develop marketing communications, including brochures, advertisements, social media posts, and web content.• Supervise and provide leadership for student staff.• Represent the department at recruitment events and serve as a liaison with other offices.• Assess marketing efforts through data analysis and reporting.• Manage department brand presence and adhere to OSU brand guidelines.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or a related field.• At least three years of experience in marketing strategy and implementation.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Experience with online marketing and social media platforms.• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
