Summary We are currently looking for a Market Center Coordinator (MCC) to be the heart of our office, managing our front desk and ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone who enters. The MCC will serve as the initial point of contact for our agents, providing them with an exceptional onboarding experience to foster retention and continuous engagement. Responsibilities - Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels to ensure seamless operations and strong relationships.

- Training Promotion: Actively promote and market training programs to maximize agent participation and professional development.
- Resource Guidance: Assist agents in utilizing the full range of resources available at the Market Center to enhance their performance and success.

- Demonstrates strong team player capabilities, working effectively within group settings.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail), Canva, Docusign, Dotloop, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be an active NC Licensed Real Estate Broker.
- Exhibits meticulous attention to details, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Takes a proactive and leading role in projects, showcasing strong project management skills.
- Has comprehensive skills in social media and technology, capable of leveraging digital tools to enhance business processes and outreach.
