Responsible to direct market finance department activities, functions and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values and objectives of the organization. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance - Required Minimum Education Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business - Preferred Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Skills Licenses: CPA - Preferred Minimum Work Experience Five years for-profit hospital experience and at least three years in a supervisory role.
