Please read on... Market Access ManagementNovartis has operated at the forefront of the managed care industry and is taking further steps to address both the near-term managed care and healthcare systems issues as well as the longer-term sustainability of the US pricing and access model. As part of our efforts to remain at the forefront, Novartis is increasing sophistication and customization of market access strategies by improving account engagement models, increasing the sophistication and customization of contracting and market access strategies and enhancing Pull-through capabilities. Commercial Access Integration (CAI) ensures pull-through campaigns are a fully integrated into commercialization process aimed at optimizing product market share within a given timeframe through customer-facing teams to facilitate physician adoption of NVS products, leading to increased patient prescribing over competing therapies. CAI is also responsible for communication of Market Access information within and outside of Market Access. This includes developing and socializing 3rd party resources, dashboards, and data platforms.This role will focus on projects to enable more effective collaboration and understanding of Market Access, enable better execution and insight of Market Access customers, and enhance account management.Responsibilities:• Develop Market Access on-boarding document and manage MA-led learning series• Assess gaps in current training materials including Market Access Academy,• Engage with Training on how MA information is incorporated in new hire training and post new hire• Design Customer Engagement survey instrument to identify MA knowledge gaps• Support organizational understanding of healthcare landscape, including types of insurance coverage, and key health insurance terminology.• Compile payer and systems of care insights – network designs, enrollment, coverage policies, plan designs – to socialize across NVS organization.• Assess quarterly changes in payer enrollment and impact to NVS.• Work closely with members of the Commercial Access Integration and network across Market Access, Novartis Patient Services, Customer Engagement and Therapeutic towers.• Manage project timelines and prepare presentation for IPST and Market Access Leadership as needed.Skills Needed:Knowledge of Regulatory, Public Affairs, and Market AccessExperience with driving successful product launch strategiesMaster's Degree Preferred / Bachelor's8+ years in pharmaceutical industryProven track for New Product Evaluation & StrategyProject Management experienceLocation: East Hanover, NJ (Hybrid)Pay Rate: $79.20-$102.35/hourContract: 10 monthsHealth, dental, vision, 401kWhy Novartis?766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we're proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people's lives. We believe new insights, perspectives and ground-breaking solutions can be found at the intersection of medical science and digital innovation.
