The Office of Marketing and Communications has two exciting staffing updates to announce.
Welcome, Brad Ford!In late February, Bradly Ford joined the team as the College's first Associate Director of Marketing Insights and Strategy. He will focus on evaluating the ROI of our marketing tactics and contribute data-driven insights to our marketing plans.
Brad brings to Carthage extensive experience in content marketing, marketing analytics, and web and social media management. He has honed his storytelling and marketing skills in a variety of industries including education, banking, and professional sports. Prior to coming to Carthage, he served as the social media manager for LG Electronics, the social media manager for the Milwaukee Brewers — where he boosted the Brewers' Instagram channels to rank among the best in the MLB in 2022 — and a content marketer for Educators Credit Union. He graduated from UW-Whitewater with a B.A. in journalism.
Congratulations, Jackie Kenny!Jacqueline Kenny, who has been on the MarComm team since 2019, has been promoted to Assistant Director of Web Content. In her new role, Jackie will direct the Carthage.edu website, the College's most important recruitment tool.
Since joining the MarComm team, Jackie has taken on increasing responsibility with far-reaching impact. In addition to managing The Bridge e-newsletter and website, as well as other e-communications, Jackie was instrumental in the launch of the new website in 2022. Over the last few years, she has tackled large website projects including the design and launch of the new Event and Conference Services website and sites for new programs including healthcare administration, product management, and the CNA program.
In her new role, Jackie will direct the full website experience to ensure that all of Carthage's stellar programs and distinctive strengths are clearly portrayed for our audiences. She will continue to manage web-based communications including The Bridge, the campus calendar, and e-newsletters for parents and alumni.
Everyone on the MarComm team is dedicated to efforts that assist in recruiting students, support revenue-generating initiatives, and keep our community both on- and off-campus informed. These positions strengthen our team's ability to create content that is fresh, accurate, engaging, and strategic.
