As the Manufacturing Systems Program Lead , you will be accountable for the strategic oversight and successful implementation of digital manufacturing systems programs. You are the regional lead for Kimberly-Clark North America (KCNA) for Global Supply Chain (GSC) programs and KCNA cross sector projects for Personal Care and Family Care production facilities, with an initial focus on Smart Manufacturing Operations Management (SMOM) deployment. You will provide supply chain, operations, and capital management expertise for your respective projects and other digital systems within the team. You will lead, influence, and coordinate across functions and disciplines. You will be responsible for business case development and presentation and will influence upwards to drive decisions. In this role you will: Act as the liaison between IT, external vendors, the Digital Manufacturing Systems team, and KCNA plant teams.
Meet all requirements of the MES K-C Project Manager Standard Work; which includes guidelines related to building and maintaining the project plan, building a communication plan in conjunction with the mill project leaders, maintaining a RAID register, facilitating requirement meetings, etc.
Provide strategic oversight for assigned digital systems program. Current project assignment is SMOM deployment but could include other GSC or KCNA lead programs impacting our production site's digital systems once SMOM is complete.
Charter and provide project management services for the successful deployment of assigned projects, ensuring projects are safely executed on time and in budget to meet or exceed established success criteria and quality expectations. Specific project management services include but are not limited to timeline creation and management, risk management, business case development, and stakeholder management.
Coach and mentor other project managers that are responsible for projects within the Digital Manufacturing Systems Team.
Provide supply chain expertise and support for assigned projects, leading supply chain assessments at key project milestones and acting as the liaison between plant and staff for projects.
Lead or co-lead project capital funding authorization for assigned projects, including development of business case.
Conduct leadership project reviews and status updates. Remove barriers for project team through effective decision analysis and influencing upward.
Ensure transparency of project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Lead continuous improvement efforts by participating in team engagement sessions and helping to create training, standards, and processes to advance the team's purpose.
Lead by example and model core values in all actions; ensure a positive, respectful team environment, fostering collaboration and development.
The successful candidate will join the Digital Manufacturing Systems team and report to the Sr. Manager.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree.
7+ years of experience in increasingly broader technical, operational, or supply chain roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership.
Preferred: Previous experience working for a global, highly matrixed, Consumer Packaged Goods company.
Manufacturing and/or supply chain experience.
Experience coordinating a cross functional team to achieve a goal.
Continuous improvement experience.
Prior experience that required influencing leaders outside of administrative authority.
Self-motivated and ability to drive clarity of purpose amidst ambiguity.
Basic P&L understanding and business case development.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 15%.
