With your knowledge in Process and Continuous Improvement Engineering and your expertise working in high-volume manufacturing settings, join a leading provider of consumer goods renowned for fostering an exceptional work environment that values innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being.

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for leading efforts to standardize and error proof work for operations, improve process efficiency, create/manage changes to work instructions, and support associate training in a variety of capacities.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline, or a minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience in mechanical / high-volume manufacturing engineering.
Minimum

4-5 years of experience in process / continuous improvement engineering in a high -volume manufacturing setting.
Error Proofing/Standardization of processes experience.
Waste and Scrap reduction experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturing experience with automated packaging equipment.
Pulp or Paper Converting process OR Food and Beverage industry experience preferred.
Six Sigma basics.
Lean Manufacturing Training.
