Position: New Growth!
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 pm – 3:30 pm
Compensation: $54,000 - $63,000 annually. Wage increase eligible twice annually! A robust benefits package including 3 weeks of paid vacation and 8 paid holidays in first year!
Purpose & Summary: As a Production Supervisor in our Recycling Division, you will be responsible for supervising a group that disassembles and sorts electronics and commodities. In addition to assisting with day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for maintaining production metrics, writing and delivering performance reviews, and coaching your team. With an in-depth knowledge of the department processes and procedures, you will be the go-to expert for any questions, and will be able to fill in where needed. In this role, you will prioritize removing barriers to success for their team members, and continually strive to create a better place to work. Perhaps most importantly, supervisors are responsible for furthering Dynamic's mission and culture by engaging as a servant leader.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Creating and maintaining a positive, engaging work environmentTraining the team on any process changes, and relaying companywide changesExecuting corrective actions and communicating performance concerns with team membersDriving forklifts and organizing material flowHolding Team Members accountable for quality of material output Requirements & Qualifications: For consideration as an Operations Supervisor, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of supervisory experience. Additional qualifications include:
