Responsibilities
• Ensure efficient production and timely order fulfillment• Set and evaluate production quotas• Manage and lead team members• Work with supervisors and managers to accomplish goals• Improve current processes• Keep production facilities in good repair and clean• Utilize equipment to capacity• Enforce safety policies and ensure training is up to date• Document safety training and maintenance• Balance inventory and reduce stock for maximum turn and in-stock position
Requirements
• Degree in manufacturing, engineering, or management preferred• Willingness to relocate for promotions• Working knowledge of modern sales and management methods• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Strong knowledge of construction industry• Analytical and interpersonal skills• Leadership abilities• Self-motivated and goal-oriented• Organizational and multitasking skills• Ability to make decisions and develop action plans
