Responsibilities
• Manage entire production process and quality control program• Develop and implement production schedules• Supervise production personnel and ensure compliance with regulations• Manage plant's inventory and collaborate with purchasing department• Coordinate and manage maintenance of all equipment• Coordinate with team to ensure efficient shipment• Maintain accurate records of shipments• Resolve issues and optimize shipping costs• Continuously improve shipping processes• Optimize plant performance and maximize operational efficiency
Requirements
• Experience in production management• Experience with wood products• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance• Experience with overseeing a shipping department• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality• Proficient in production and inventory management software• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Bi-lingual/Spanish knowledge is a plus
