Manufacturing Manager

Now hiring for a Manufacturing Manager! 
Summary: Provide leadership and direction to the welding, fabrication, and CNC machining departments. Supervisors of those departments will report to the Manufacturing Manager.
HOURS OF WORK :
Flexible hours but has to be onsite during core hours of 730-330 (can start earlier and end earlier). Usual hours are 7am-4pm.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (5+ years) in a manufacturing leadership role, with specific expertise in welding, fabrication, and CNC machining processes.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field. This can be bypassed with additional years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve results. Must be resilient with a try until you succeed mentality.
EDUCATION: 10+ yrs of experience can count in lieu of a degree
