Location: Pella, IA Skills: ME/IE, Tooling, Fixture, Work Instruction, time study Job Description & Skill Requirement Complete Manufacturing / Industrial engineering support. Design & Implement tooling. Assembly process planning. Material handling equipment design. Time and motion study then line balancing. Racking system design for material stack up. Validation of Racks and carts based on the load capacity. Designing of cart and special purpose material handling devices. Designing of Templates and special purpose tools for productivity improvements. Quality checking gauges. Daily follow up with projects and interaction with customers. Vendor engagement for project requirements. Supporting the continuous improvement process. 5S line support for line implementation. Layout preparation and updates based on the new process setup. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering
Need a minimum 3-5 years of expereince in automotive Industry
Expereince in Tooling Design, Jig Design
