Title: Manufacturing Engineering Manager 
Location: Muscle Shoals, AL (on-site)
Salary: $95k-$105k (DOE) with full benefits and gym reimbursement. 
About Us: We are a leading provider of innovative lighting solutions for the automotive space. We have multiple plants and are experiencing positive growth. Due to the growth and demand for our products, we are looking to hire a manufacturing engineering supervisor to join the team. 
What you will be doing: Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and techs to achieve goals and objectives. Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. You should know or have most of the following: Lean Six Sigma Lead or management experience Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Benefits - Competitive base salary and overall compensation package
