Salary: $80K - $120K
Requirements: BS in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or Related Field / 3+ years of Technical Experience / Experience within a Manufacturing Environment / Previous Metal Working Experience What You Will Be Doing Research and develop new processes to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency Collaborate with team members to develop processes that meet industry and customer requirements Develop best practices and procedures to ensure safety and compliance Analyze production data and trends to identify areas of improvement Troubleshoot and resolve production issues Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost What You Need for this Position BS in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or Related Field 3+ years of Technical Experience  Experience within a Manufacturing Environment  Previous Metal Working Experience
