• Innovate and improve production tools, fixtures, and processes.• Lead the implementation of manufacturing and testing processes for new and existing products.• Ensure optimal efficiency and quality.• Solve challenges and enhance product specifications.• Develop, document, and refine process flows and work instructions.• Manage a preventative maintenance program.• Influence production strategies through effective space planning, workflow optimization, and equipment management.
Requirements
• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in an electro-mechanical assembly/test environment.
