Own the spotlight on production, assembly, tooling, and calibration stages, making sure they shine like the stars they are. Craft manufacturing methods that are smoother than jazz and create process routes that'll make your head spin (in a good way). Design, source, and bring to life the coolest tooling and finishing gear within budgetary bounds – because who said engineering can't be groovy? Crunch numbers like a pro with cost/benefit analyses that'll make spreadsheets sing and dances flow. Lead the charge on safety, making sure our workplace is as secure as a bear hug. Requirements What they are looking for: BS in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering is required 3+ years' experience as a Manufacturing Engineering, including strong Continuous Improvement work is required (preferably with custom products or in a job shop) Experience with CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Creo) is required. Experience using analytical tools such as: DOE, FMEA, SPC is needed. The ability to work independently is needed Prior project management experience, start to finish, is highly desirable Prior capital project experience is also helpful Experience with lean manufacturing and value stream mapping is preferred.
