Requirements What they are looking for: BS in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering is required 3+ years' experience as a Manufacturing Engineering, including strong Continuous Improvement work is required (preferably with custom products or in a job shop) Experience with CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Creo) is required. Experience using analytical tools such as: DOE, FMEA, SPC is needed. The ability to work independently is needed Prior project management experience, start to finish, is highly desirable Prior capital project experience is also helpful Experience with lean manufacturing and value stream mapping is preferred.
