Job Description The main functions of this positions are: Oversees the testing and evaluation of electro-optical devices; Optimizes visual test equipment/methods such as a scanning electron microscope, FTIR, and other analytical tools for defect analysis. Works with R&D and Manufacturing Engineering for defect analysis, new product development and process improvement. Works in cross functional team setting to minimize or eliminate quality and delivery problems.
Qualifications Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance BS in Engineering or equivalent experience with critical thinking and problem-solving skills 3+ years technical experience or academic research Proficiency in using optical microscopes, SEM, FTIR equipment. Experience with various forms of electrical testing and visual inspection including automated vision systems Effective communication and documentation skills Comfortable with multitasking Must possess basic MS Office skills; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint… Preferred Skills:
