Responsibilities
• Work in a dynamic production environment at site supporting development, clinical, and launch activities• Perform operations in the Manufacturing area according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)• Perform in-process sampling of equipment and operating analytical equipment• Perform washroom activities: clean small- and large-scale equipment used in production activities• Maintain an organized and clean workspace• Initiate quality reports• Draft and revise documents (SOPs, MPs)• Assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions (equipment logs, batch records)• Work around high-pressure systems and occasionally work around heavy equipment
Requirements
• Associate Degree in related area• 4 years of related experience• Experience in set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of various manufacturing equipment• Experience in preparing buffers/media per defined manufacturing procedures (MPs) and SOPs• Knowledge of GMP documents (SOPs, MPs) with strict adherence to safety and compliance• Able to work in a clean room environment wearing steel toe shoes, full clean room gowning, hairnet and gloves when performing all work• Flexible to a changing environment• Availability to transition between day shift and swing shift
