Title: Laboratory Operator

Shift Bravo Night
Wed 6.5 hours / 5pm - 11:30pm
Thurs, Fri, Sat 12.5 hours / 5pm - 5:30am

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
working in a fast-paced production, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments with defined success metrics and goals for teams and individuals
to follow detailed written instruction required to successfully run stated protocols with minimal supervision
attention to detail, highly organized, and diligent
and follows all company and site-specific policies and procedures.
to participate in continuous improvement and operation exercises
computer skills and not intimidated to learn new systems.
verbal and written communication skills
to handle and maneuver small components and parts
with all lab safety guidelines and use appropriate safety and protected devices when performing duties in the lab
to work flexible shifts/hours, as well as overtime as needed, which requires standing on lab floor for the duration of a work shift not including breaks.
and handling of materials used for experiments will be required, not to exceed OSHA guidelines
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of experience working in either a laboratory environment or regulated manufacturing industry (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotechnology, Automotive, etc.)
working in a Good Manufacturing Practices/Good Laboratory Practices (GMP/GLP) environment
