Responsibilities
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) at the vendor site• Support site acceptance, IQ, OQ, and PQ testing• Generate testing protocol instances based on approved templates• Draft and review operational standard operating procedures and work instructions• Perform other operational readiness tasks for the DSM organization• Execution and GMP manufacturing activities• Revision of cGMP documents• Document deviations and support investigations• In-process measurements and aseptic sampling• Execution of validation protocols
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years' direct experience or 4 years of related experience• OR Associate degree in Life-Sciences• Experience in manufacturing of biological products, familiar with GMP/GLP requirements• Basic math skills• Basic conversational and written English• Excellent work ethic, personal responsibility, initiative, and teamwork• Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and physical durability• Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing drawings and procedures• Attention to detail and quality• Comfortable with computers and custom computer programs• Flexible to work in a team-oriented environment under limited supervision
Key Skills Needed
