Responsibilities
• Ability to use critical thinking, good judgement, and prioritization to complete daily tasks• Operating a variety of wire winding and threading machines• Feeding machines with wire• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to read, write and comprehend work instructions and other pertinent documents• Demonstrated perseverance and dedication• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds• Prepares documentation to record production quantities and other relevant information• Uses hand tools, including wire cutters, pliers, and other tools necessary to successfully perform the job• Maintains equipment, machinery, work area and tools in a clean and orderly fashion
Requirements
• Must pass a required pre-employment screening and physical and assessment test• Ability to use critical thinking, good judgement, and prioritization to complete daily tasks• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to read, write and comprehend work instructions and other pertinent documents• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds• Ability to wear steel toe shoes• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus• 1-2 years of manufacturing+ related experience or training
