*This is a hybrid-based opportunity to our Portage, MI office with the expectation for the candidate to be on-site Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays As a Sales Operations Manager you will manages and own the execution of Stryker's Acute Care Commercial Sales Operations.  Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering excellence in Commercial Operations through individual contributions, team performance, and cross-functional influence.  Activities should be focused daily on improving sales performance and businesses bottom line through better processes, technology, and methodologies.

Growth-oriented managers who recruit and hire top-performing talent and prioritize the development of their team members What you will do: Must be able to lead and foster an engaged team culture by supporting, developing, and leading by example Must deliver performance feedback to direct reports focusing on areas of accomplishments and opportunities for improvement/growth   Must be capable of working with and influencing executive levels, internally and externally, to grow relationships and to identify opportunities to maximize business effectiveness Responsible for understanding the overall health of the Acute Care business – specifically monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets Responsible for businesses day to day operations of orders, shipments, lead times, pushouts, and capital exceptions Lead the Acute Care trials management business: Inventory, reconciliation, compliance, and budget Will be responsible for management and development of current and long term strategy of Acute Care Made To Stock products.  Responsible for Commercial inventory, order allocation, and backorder management for both Capital and Base products within SAP ERP Responsible for all aspects of the Secondary Market Sales business including but not limited to: compensation planning, inventory management, trial to sale cycle, sales promotions, order entry, and delivery execution Work with all Acute care business functions specific to Demand Planning (Forecasting), Product Life Cycle Management, and Product Launches Proactively create and develop business intelligence that provides a roadmap for the business Serve as business expert and sales/marketing liaison to other functional areas of the division and corporation for Acute Care business prioritization Responsible for the Acute Care weekly and month end process for order forecasting and managing monthly/quarterly/year's finish results. Partner with Sales Operational Data Analytics functions to provide tools, dashboards, and sales facing processes to enable execution of Acute Care sales offense Serve as a key stakeholder in division wide system, IS, and business initiatives Engage customer as needed relative to inquiries surrounding orders, delivery timing, reporting, data requests, contract pricing, and product implementation Ownership of quality hold revenue risk, order prioritization, and communication to sales teams Enterprise Account Management of order entry, quoting, delivery execution, and sales team communication Support/plan of implementation of field product improvements, trial upgrades, and stock product enhancements Partner with Sales Support in end to end order management, commissions, and order crediting Education & special trainings: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline required; MBA preferred 6+ years of work experience required 2+ years of people management experience preferred Extensive experience compiling reports from various data sources with demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data Ability to determine downstream effects of process changes, and provide appropriate recommendations Ability to work independently and as a part of a cross functional team, being proactive in identifying needs and developing solutions Advanced computer skills with high functioning knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI (or other data visualization tools) SAP experience preferred About Stryker Our benefits:
