Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets for pre-need and at-need funeral and cemetery services
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand market share in the local community
Cultivate strong relationships with families, community organizations, and religious institutions to generate leads and referrals
Provide guidance and training to sales team members on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards
Collaborate with other departments, such as funeral and cemetery operations, administration, and maintenance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of services, enhancing the overall customer experience
5+ years of experience in a sales role in the funeral and cemetery profession is strongly preferred 2+ years of experience in a sales management or supervisory role Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products Excellent communication and effective leadership skills We are an equal opportunity employer
