Managing Director
Huntington Learning Center, Centerville, Ohio - Under the direction of the Center Director, the Managing Director is responsible for managing both the administrative activities and the educational activities of the center. Principal responsibilities include center operations, revenue, marketing goals, parent interim conferences, school visits, data entry, scheduling and hiring. Essential Functions: Oversee and coordinate all center activities, staff, and services. Ensure that all center policies, procedures, and regulations are followed. Provide administrative support for the Center. Hiring and interviewing of staff. Coordinate with other centers to ensure that all services are running efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and students. Ensure that all equipment is in working order. Administer and correct Academic Evaluations. Conduct initial inquiries. Conduct Interim Conferences for students and parents. Prepare for, conduct, and follow up after, professional event focused/student focused school visits. Supervise instruction; insure effectiveness, accuracy, thoroughness, and competency of all instruction. Plan, participate and conduct monthly teacher meetings. Monitor, program, and reprogram student instructional programs. Review each student's instructional program at least once per month. Manage all aspects of Exam Prep Services, including supervision of program prescription, initial program, program revision, instruction, and student progress. Create and maintain student and teacher schedules. Anticipate teacher needs. Monitor teacher payroll cost by optimizing student-teacher ratios. Manage social media marketing and conduct school marketing. Required Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license Must have a clear background check Must have a 2-4 year degree Hours are Monday-Saturday= 39.50 hours per week
