What you’ll doDevelop and implement strategies to improve product quality of the Scout vehicles energy and drive system from the customer's perspective.Ensure the concept quality, usability and functional quality in all vehicle projects to create customer satisfaction.Manage the quality market research activities, quality studies and benchmarks to determine customer quality requirements.Oversee the definition of quality requirements, the quality maturity management and quality validation of Energy and Drive functions and systems.Execute quality approvals of vehicle Energy and Drive functions and systems.Definition of quality processes and technical standards in cooperation with development, product management and operations to ensure product quality.Develop and provide leadership to the Technical Quality Energy and Drive team and oversee daily operations.Mentor team members, foster a culture of learning, and facilitate skill development to enhance the capabilities of the Technical Quality Energy and Drive team.Work cross functionally with other departments within ScoutPerform other duties as assigned.Location & Travel Expectations: The responsibilities of this role require attendance at in-person meetings and events regularly. This role may be based out of a Scout Motors location in Novi, MI.
