Here, you'll have the opportunity to build a powerful foundation for America's future and yours.What we're seeking:The Manager of Strategy & Analytics will be responsible for overseeing a team that will be planning broadband projects to support Frontier's pursuit of state and federal broadband grants. This leader will serve a key role in the strategic analysis of broadband maps and project development. In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days in the office set by your manager. The HUB for this role will be either in Dallas, TX, Fort Wayne, IN, or Tampa, FL.What we need in you:The team culture is open and collaborative. What you'll do:Lead a team of 3 – 5 professionalsAnalyze state and federal maps and contribute to the delivery of strategic recommendations on which projects to pursueAnalyze datasets from various sources while thinking strategically about data use and accuracy of dataDevelop maps and cost estimates for county, state, and federal grant applicationsPerform desktop surveys and create high-level fiber designs for county, state, and federal grant applicationsPerform spreadsheet analysis of key data points and produce reportsValidation of reporting data, prioritization of incoming requests, ownership of internal projectsDefine and implement reports that transform GIS data to provide insights about Frontier's network as it relates to various initiativesIdentify positive and negative impacts of a given GIS analysis on potential fiber network buildsWhat we offer:Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.
