Leads the Product Management team in execution and delivery of world class products for our consumers. Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects as well as managing a team also executing projects related to different products; adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions. Product facilitator who guides cross functional teams in executing the principles of the Agile framework. Acts as a servant leader to the team, and facilitates planning, team learning in the form of reviews and retrospectives, and adaptation of the process to ensure quality of team/solutions. Ensures the tracking and reporting of daily activities. Responsible for removing impediments that prevent a team from completing the work it has negotiated for a given sprint. Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree , required. Graduate Degree, preferred. Experience : Minimum five years in healthcare, required. Product/Project Management, preferred. Licensure/Certification : ScrumMaster Certification (CSM) or equivalent, required. Additional Skills (required) : Business analysis, product/project management, or product development. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
