Job summary
Oversees the quality and success of all pool operations including the management of the Deck Supervising staff, Swim Instructors, as well as the on-deck staff, maintenance of pool environment and interaction with students and parents/guardians.Maintains expert-level knowledge of the Goldfish Swim School curriculum and demonstrates thorough knowledge of GSS management policies and practices.

Responsibilities
• Provides leadership, discipline, and constructive feedback to instructors and deck assistants to ensure quality delivery of the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.• Proficient in the pump room and comfortable working with equipment.• Conducts periodic evaluations of instructors and deck supervisors.• Interacts with parents/guardians to discuss student progress. Acts as a GSS "ambassador" to ensure customer satisfaction.• Completes all aquatic and management based training.• Acts as a substitute swim instructor, lifeguard, or front desk when necessary.• Suggests areas for improvement and implements corrective action through in-service's or other training.• Participates in training/in-services as required.• All other tasks assigned by the Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
