We are looking for a Restaurant Manager candidate. If you are not familiar with our brand, Gus's is a full-service restaurant serving beer and wine, alongside what is arguably the best-fried chicken in the world. We are looking for a passionate candidate that will work to earn these accolades alongside their team, every piece, every time.
We are looking for an organized and goal-oriented Manager to help oversee the running of our restaurant. To be successful as a Manager you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Qualified candidates must be charismatic, dependable, and experienced with natural leadership abilities. They must have a passion for this industry and truly understand customer service.
Managers are trained in all positions. You will have the opportunity to earn tips as a server and/or cashier.

• Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire others to perform

• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines

• Maintain the highest standards of quality in food as well as service

• Recruiting, develop, and supervise staff

• Forecast business trends for company operations

• Monitor morale of the staff and check in with all employees on a regular basis

• Ensure that food quality and guest experience meet brand standards at all times

• Ensure compliance with all company standards and brand standards
