Role Overview:
As our Recruitment Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind creating impactful recruitment marketing strategies. From employment branding to candidate engagement, you'll champion initiatives across various platforms, including corporate, stores, print facilities, and distribution centers. Your creativity and data-driven approach will fuel high-impact demand generation programs, expanding our talent network and elevating the Staples US Retail candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and execute recruitment marketing strategies, fostering a top-notch candidate experience.
Innovate recruiting processes by exploring novel candidate marketing approaches.
Manage the Career site and Oracle CRM database to optimize candidate engagement.
Oversee job boards, candidate engagement platforms, and third-party vendors.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
Lead paid and organic marketing efforts, including email campaigns and print collateral.
Strengthen employer branding across all candidate touchpoints.
Manage vendor budgets and oversee hiring event planning and execution.
Provide leadership to the recruitment marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Drive insights from recruitment marketing metrics to enhance strategies.
Essential Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Corporate Branding, Marketing, or Talent Acquisition with a focus on recruitment marketing.
Proficiency in Oracle HCM or similar platforms for career site and CRM management.
Expertise in digital and social media advertising, employer branding, and campaign management.
Strong analytical skills with a customer-driven and results-oriented approach.
Excellent organizational skills with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
