Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. The F&I Manager plays a crucial role in the sales process by assisting customers with financing options and insurance products, while also ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities: Guide customers through the finance/lease process, explaining loan options, terms, and conditions in a clear and transparent manner.
Present and sell various finance and insurance products, that meet the needs of customers and maximize dealership profitability.
Secure financing approvals from lenders and negotiate terms on behalf of customers to obtain the most favorable rates and terms.
Verify customer credit applications, review credit reports, and coordinate with financial institutions to finalize loan agreements.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing automotive finance and insurance transactions, including disclosure requirements and consumer protection laws.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all finance and insurance transactions, including contracts, paperwork, and customer information.
Work closely with sales staff, management, and other departments to facilitate a seamless sales process and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications: Proficient knowledge of finance and insurance products, lending practices, and regulatory requirements within the automotive industry.
Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to effectively present and promote finance and insurance products to customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to sales and service.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and manage paperwork efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with finance and insurance software systems and computer applications.
Willing to train the right candidate.
