Location: ~40% onsite in Bentonville, ARPurposeThe Customer Insights Manager works closely with Hain's Walmart Account Team to monitor key category performance & competitive activity. This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing & Category Managers to develop & communicate fact-based analysis & insights to support Hain's category solutions & meet topline sales objectives.The Manager of Customer Insights supports Hain's Walmart Account Team by using syndicated data, shopper card data, and other insights to identify opportunities, influence the customer, and drive profitable topline growth.ResponsibilitiesSupport Hain's largest customer team by serving as a Customer Insights Manager. Acts as the category subject matter expert for Hain's Walmart Account Team and Walmart Merchants; possesses deep knowledge of categories and category strategies at Walmart.Proficient in interpreting shopper data and consumer research to identify category opportunities and develop solutions that accelerate customer growth.Understand the national category strategy and tailor solutions for Walmart & Sam's Club. Consistently monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.Develop short and long-term category objectives aimed at delivering incremental buyers, trips, and units.Establish credibility as an industry thought leader in category management by gaining strategic category partnerships through demonstration of category and consumer expertise.Establish strong, multi-level working relationships with Walmart & Sam's Club based on trust & integrity.Leverage insights and resources through the utilization of a broad range of data sources (Luminate, Circana, SPINS, Consumer Panel) to develop strategies & merchandising recommendations for Walmart & Sam's Club.Synthesize information and insights into selling story, category, and business reviews.Deliver category insights to Walmart & Sam's Club to build partnerships and grow our core categories.Complete customer category review process utilizing category analysis, shopper insights & other available analytic tools.Provides general reporting, analytical support, and guidance for Hain's Walmart Account Team.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree5+ years in a Category Management role or Relevant Sales/Category ExperienceStrong working knowledge of syndicated data (IRI, Spins, or Nielsen) and shopper dataAdvanced Excel & PowerPoint SkillsCategory leadership, retail sales & analytics expertiseShopper insights knowledgeSkills/Knowledge/AbilitiesIn-depth knowledge of Walmart, the broader CPG landscape, and sales channels.Strong analytical, project management and written/oral communication skills.Ability to develop and deliver executive level presentations & written communications.Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.Excellent planning, analytical / problem solving skills.Self-motivated, adept at task prioritization & overall time management skills.Expert understanding of assigned market trends, customers, competition, etc.Experience analyzing data & translating to recommendations.Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities, & strong attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNoneCompensation and Benefits:$85,000-$125,000 (commensurate with experience and location)Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision CoverageFlexible spending accountsDisability coverageLife insuranceCritical illness and accident insuranceLegal and identity protection insurancePet insuranceEmployee assistance programCommuter benefitsTuition assistanceAdoption assistance401(k)* PTO* Parental LeaveHain Celestial is an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action employer.
