Johnson and Johnson MedTech is currently recruiting for a Manager, Customer and Market Insights - RAD. This role will be based in Santa Clara, CA , under a hybrid schedule.
Robotics and Digital Solutions, is part of Johnson & Johnson Med Tech. At Johnson & Johnson Robotics and Digital Solutions, we're changing the trajectory of health for humanity, using robotics to enhance healthcare providers' abilities and improve patients' diagnoses, treatments, and recovery times. Johnson & Johnson Robotics was established in 2020 with the integration of Auris Health, Verb Surgical, C-SATS, and Ethicon. It comprises three key med-tech platforms: Flexible Robotics (MONARCH®), Surgical Robotics (OTTAVA™), and Digital Solutions. You'll collaborate on breakthrough medical technologies that unite multiple subject areas to build a connected digital ecosystem that advances medical professionals' skills and improves patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Shape and structure key strategic questions the organization must answer to maintain competitiveness in the market Conduct deep analyses to evaluate competitive landscape, opportunities, and risks in Robotics and Digital Solutions. Understands the marketplace and competitor dynamics and provides expertise on data interpretation Attend key tradeshows and conferences to capture industry trends, competitive product landscape and clinical developments. Report and socialize key findings with the teams, translating results into clear, concise presentations and written reports. Collaborate with team members and collaborators in defining the problems, generating metrics, shaping the analyses, and generating synthesizing insights for the business, as well as insights reporting and socialization Maintain revenue and trial market share databases, involving data mining, scrubbing, and analysis of external sources Applies knowledge of standard research and analytic methods to distill information into clear, concise communication. Run cross-functional feedback and alignment meetings, and communicate key ideas, decisions, issues and action items Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree within life sciences, business, marketing, or related field, is required. Advanced degree is preferred. Required Skills and Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in a combination of Sales, Marketing, or Analytics roles with a proven track record of achieving business results. At least 5 years of marketing, market research, or competitive intelligence in the life sciences industry Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience using data analysis tools and techniques Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams Proficiency with office systems (Excel, Word, Power Point). Performance orientated, ability to adapt to change and a solution focused approach Ability to have cross-functional communication and relation with internal partners. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience with med tech, surgical, robotics, and/or capital business. Strong secondary research and analytics experience Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate dynamic project scopes Other: This role will be based out of Santa Clara CA and may require up to 25% domestic/ international travel The anticipated base salary range for this role is $113,000-$195,730 Do you want to be part of a diverse team delivering innovative products to market?
