Manager, Corporate Responsibility Risk & CompliancePOSITION SUMMARY:The Corporate Responsibility (CR) Manager, Global Affairs, Risk & Policy leads the development of due diligence systems to mitigate human rights and environmental risk in PVH's global supply chain and business operations to comply with global regulations across key markets on due diligence and international standards. Furthermore, the CR Manager will drive the creation of the CR global function's operational processes and facilitate the monitoring and resolution of PVH CR's most high risk and highly confidential issues. The ideal candidate will be a strong relationship-builder and collaborator as well as possess a great attention to detail, ability to aggregate and analyze data effectively and develop global procedures and processes.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:Design, implement, and monitor global programs to assess human rights and environmental risk in PVH's global supply chain and business operations in line with enacted and emerging mandatory human rights and sustainability due diligence legislation in key markets across the world. Activities include developing and facilitating consultations with cross-functional teams and creating processes to collect inputs from global teams to define clear roles and responsibilities across the global CR team and cross-functional partners, e.g. brands, commercial regions, Supply, Legal etc.Execute activities related to PVH CR Risk function, which includes assessing supplier, country risk, and stakeholder risk and working with CR teams to embed considerations into programming. The CR Manager will provide key inputs to CR's Annual Strategy process from a risk and regulatory perspective and work with CR Data and System's team to design key tools to enable the integration of PVH CR risk into CR programs and processes.Support CR Senior Director with stakeholder engagement (NGOs, Government) in North America and support with CR stakeholder engagement strategy.Support CR Senior Director on crisis management which includes PVH CR's most time-sensitive, high-risk and highly confidential issues that pose business and reputational risk to PVH which involves overseeing global fact finding to inform executive briefings, media responses, executive alerts and/or materials for the PVH CR Committee of PVH Board.Manage and monitor the global team (60+ associates) in execution of CR issues management process on a weekly basis, which includes team oversight on high-risk issues, developing and implementing process improvements and support in drafting a weekly briefing for the PVH Executive Leadership team along with other key executives and leaders.Design and develop applicable operating procedures related to risk and responsible business conduct along with key cross-functional partners.Support Human Rights and Environmental Compliance Body to ensure global connectivity and aligned compliance actions to adhere to emerging and enacted human rights and environmental sustainability legislation.Manage the development in coordination with other regional compliance leads and functions, enabler tools, and templates to ensure requirements on human rights and environmental legislation are monitored and communicated to relevant PVH teams.Provide governance support for Human Rights and Environmental Compliance Body. Support convening PVH functions to address emerging legislation and oversee execution of various compliance actions.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Experience: At least 7 years' relevant experience, or relevant education plus 3 years' experienceEducation: Bachelor's degree required, master's degree a plusSkills:Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with external business partners and with overseas teams.Ability to operate in an environment of ambiguity and devise concrete steps and action plans to implement global programs and address crisis situations.Strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.Ability to think quickly, produce deliverables with significant time constraints, respond to changing demands, anticipate future problems, and recommend preventive courses of action.Self-starter demonstrates initiative.Adept written and verbal communicator with ability to listen, understand and account for different perspectives, and respond appropriately to varied audiences including external stakeholders and cross-functional partners.Ability to develop, manage and analyze large datasets including CR and supply chain data, as well as program data (quality assurance and impact metrics).Knowledge of supply chain management, government relations, human rights in the apparel sector is strongly recommended.Positive and team-oriented attitude with proactive approach, strong work ethic, and effective stress management.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointFluency in a foreign language is a plus.This position is not eligible for sponsorship.#LI-YM2Pay Range:$95,000 - $115,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
