The Role:
As a Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional marketing and media account management support to some of our largest clients. You'll work closely with our clients, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to drive product adoption and execute marketing campaigns that align with revenue growth targets. Your role will involve managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and guiding them on how our marketing solutions can support their needs.
Oversee the flawless execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and provide recommendations for upselling opportunities.
Act as the internal "expert" on your clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Support the growth of performance media spend within your client portfolio and recommend cross-channel marketing solutions.
Provide excellent communication to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the digital marketing industry.
Strong understanding of digital media platforms and proficiency in channels such as SEM, programmatic display, and paid social.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional manner.
Creative problem-solving abilities and exceptional organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
