Responsibilities
• Manage the Brookdale at Home (Home Care Agency) and interdisciplinary team• Provide direct management of agency associates• Ensure adequate staffing coverage and motivate associates• Promote positive associate relations and resolve grievances• Provide orientation, training, and education to staff• Ensure compliance with community and corporate policies• Assist in the development and implementation of the agency budget• Coordinate services and ensure quality assurance• Market the agency to appropriate audience• Manage documentation process and maintain compliance
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred• 3-5 years' experience in healthcare• LPN or RN preferred• At least one year of supervisory experience required• Strong supervisory and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks• Knowledge of national and state requirements
