Responsibilities
• Supervising auditors and reviewing audit reports• Managing auditor utilization, performance, and work quality• Monitoring and managing audit delivery costs and workforce expenses• Identifying territory workforce needs and supporting talent acquisition• Developing onboarding and training plans for new auditors• Identifying and managing auditor calibration activities• Monitoring work completion efficiency and prioritization• Assisting with investigation and resolution of complaints• Providing departmental performance reports• Assisting in the development and implementation of new business opportunities and growth
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in managing business or program and personnel management related to Food Safety/Audit Delivery• Familiarity with auditing concepts and procedures• Ability to work independently and with a team• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current U.S. passport• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)• Proficient with Microsoft Office software• Three or more years of business or personnel management experience (preferred)• Bachelor's degree preferably in a science food-related field (preferred)• Training certificate or registration demonstrating successful completion of an auditor training course (preferred)• Foreign language skills as appropriate to the client's home country (preferred)
