Responsibilities
• Meet with customers regularly to review telecommunications and product offerings and generate revenue.• Close sales, create referral pipelines, and promote brand loyalty to customers.• Assist in daily promotion of partner's latest products and services.• Transition to a Senior Level Account Manager and learn more responsibilities of the sales cycle and team development.• Perform background research to improve overall results.• Train new team members on company systems and procedures.• Improve customer service skills and represent the company positively.
