NAVIX Consultants is looking for seasoned professionals to join our national network of exit planning consultants.
The exit planning field offers tremendous growth potential:
The market is immense. There are approximately nine million U.S. business owners in their mid-60s or older, and few of them are properly prepared to exit their business successfully.
Competition is low. While most business owners already have relationships with accountants, lawyers, and wealth managers, most have not yet engaged with an exit planning consultant.
The payoff is extraordinary.

A well-executed exit plan will drive a company's valuation higher while minimizing the owner's tax impact. These two factors can improve your client's net proceeds by 20% or more, which typically translates into millions of dollars.
Exit planning is a five-discipline endeavor. We help business owners resolve issues that are aspirational, legal, operational, financial and tax-related. Most of our consultants come to NAVIX with experience in one or two areas. Our training methodology and our ongoing support will help you help your clients with the rest.
As a NAVIX exit planning consultant, we will help you:
Build a network of accountants, wealth managers, bankers, lawyers and other professionals who serve mid-size business owners in your community.
Leverage that network to gain introductions to business owners who are beginning to think about exiting their companies.
Lead business owners through the Exit Readiness Scorecard TM

- our sales methodology with a proven, repeatable close rate.
Tailor our exit planning roadmap for each client, identifying which of the 40+ available tools in the NAVIX methodology are applicable for that client and in what order.
Lead the client through the assessment, information gathering, analysis, conclusions and deliverables for each of our exit planning tools.
Guide the client from an overall state of vague goals and concerns to a well-executed, successful exit from their business.
We are looking exclusively for candidates with more than 20 years' experience. Ideal candidates will have spent some time in one of the following roles:
Former owner or CEO of a business with $7 million to $100 million of revenue, or
Management consultant with a solid understanding of strategy and finance, or
Investment banking professional / M&A advisor, or
Professional coach, with a focus on business owners and managers
Unlike many management consulting opportunities, exit planning does not require travel. In any mid-size city or larger, there are more than enough companies to drive your earnings well above the compensation range listed in this post.
