The Workflow Management Architect will own the business design of our end-to-end Workflow Management system to progress customer projects through our pipeline. They will assess current structure, work with key functional stakeholders to identify problem and enhancement opportunities, and work with key Technology stakeholders to implement impactful change in the structure and maintenance of this process flow. They will also assess current Salesforce set up vs other external options and work with the Technology team to implement the optimal setup for long-term flexibility and sustainability of the platform. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design end-to-end workflow process setup Create and maintain source of truth map of current WFM setup and update as changes are made Meet with business leaders and frontline employees on a regular cadence to understand current workflow, and document opportunity areas from both an overall and ground level perspective Enhance customer experience, improve employee efficiency, and drive revenue/cash generation gains through optimization of workflow processes Monitor WFM pipeline and proactively identify shortcomings Use reporting to create flags for bottlenecks in process flow and alarms for broken pieces of the process Identify and optimize data capture fields in Salesforce to improve visibility and reporting on productivity and process flow Triage bugs and repairs needed and develop working relationship with Technology to quickly resolve issues Work with business leaders to proactively highlight Workflow misuse, training gaps, and feedback loops to ensure efficient usage of WFM Implement changes needed with Technology team Prioritize amongst many competing enhancement opportunities and business leader perspectives to create and own the centralized roadmap of workflow updates Document business requirements, translate into technology asks, and project manage all prioritized enhancements with the Technology team, bridging the gap between the business leaders and Technology resources on a regular cadence Support creation, orchestration and execution of any pre-launch user acceptance testing and feedback REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS) 6+ years' experience in a Technical Project or Product Management role Advanced understanding of Salesforce systems, structure, and objects Intermediate familiarity with database querying language (SQL) Proficient with Workflow Management process, whether in Salesforce or externally Solid knowledge of process improvement methodologies (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma), as well as agile software development lifecycle Ability to translate operational business needs into data and IT requirements - conduct requirement gathering/metrics definition workshops with business stakeholders Ability to present complex information in an easy to understand and actionable format for non-technical users Ability to define and organize tasks, conduct prioritization within team, and deliver in a timely fashion Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal direction Strong desire to understand the operation of the business and root cause for outcomes Collaborative, working with colleagues from across the organization to drive outcomes and share knowledge Acute awareness & ability to manage to deadlines Propensity to follow through when faced with challenges, and drive toward resolution Detail Oriented, Adaptable, Curious, Resilient, Positive, Human-Centered, Analytical Aptitude PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to perform normal office duties Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work Ability to interact and participate in meetings Recruiter: Laura Morgan () Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to acts, such as The Equal Pay Transparency Act. Starting salary/wage for this opportunity: $129,511.46 to $172,681.95 Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
